About the Founder

Valerie Plotnikova brings a unique vision to your workforce: to simultaneously boost profitability and wellness. Valerie has 27 years of business development experience within the beauty industry. She has worked in both luxury retail and corporate spaces as well as with e-commerce, laboratories, contract manufacturers, and luxury spas.

Valerie also boasts 15 years of wellness experience, extensively studying a vast array of healing modalities centered on breath, energy, light, and sound frequencies. She merges both worlds to help businesses learn how to maximize profitability while supporting a positive company culture focused on employee and client wellness.

In October of 2021, I had a vivid dream during which the name Shamballa resounded like an ethereal bell. In the morning, I felt inspired to learn more about Shamballa, a mythical kingdom that is said to exist between the Himalayan Mountains and Tibet. Legend says that when a person reaches a certain consciousness and achieves enlightenment, he or she is then able to enter this magical kingdom. You may have also heard of it described as Shangri La or Heaven on Earth. To me, Shamballa lives within all of our hearts—a soothing place of tranquility and peace. Shamballa Wellness seeks to support your journey in finding this sacred space within. May we all attain this state of being.
