We start off by learning what a sound bath entails so that your team is prepared and comfortable. A few minutes of breath work begins the relaxation process, after which participants lay down and embark on a tranquil sound journey. The day will melt away as ethereal tones such as chimes, ocean drums, gongs, crystal bowls, and more sounds fill the space. Ultimately, sound vibrations and frequencies help harmonize body, mind, and spirit leaving participants feeling balanced, energized, and uplifted.
